I’ll reach out to arrange a phone call so we can get to know each other a little and talk through your session. We’ll discuss your ideas, choose a location, go over what to expect, and answer any questions you have.

Choose clothing that feels like you and lets you move comfortably. We’ll talk about outfits during our planning call, and you’re welcome to share options if you’d like help deciding. Give yourself a little extra time to get ready and arrive without feeling rushed. You don’t need to practice poses—just bring yourself and any personal touches we’ve discussed.

We’ll take a few minutes to say hello and settle in before we begin. I’ll guide you through where to stand, how to move, and what to do with your hands, while leaving room for natural moments along the way. There’s time to warm up, ask questions, and take a breath—you don’t have to know how to be photographed.

Tell me if you have somewhere meaningful in mind. If you’re unsure, we can choose a location together based on the atmosphere you’re drawn to and the kind of photographs you’d love.

Your edited photographs will arrive in an online gallery within two weeks of your session. You’ll have 30 days to download and back them up.

A signed contract and booking payment reserve your session. The booking payment goes toward your total, and the remaining balance is due seven days before your session. If you book within seven days of your session, payment is due in full at booking. Your invoice will show the amounts and due dates.

Please contact me as soon as you know you’re running behind. Your session will still end at its scheduled time, so arriving late may mean less time for photographs. Allow a little extra time for parking and finding our meeting spot so we can make the most of our time together.

Please reach out as soon as your plans change. For full sessions, you can request one reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice. We’ll choose a mutually available date within 60 days of your original session.

If you cancel, payments above your booking payment will be refunded. Your contract explains how the booking payment is handled, along with the terms for mini sessions and last-minute changes. If weather makes the session unsafe or impractical, we’ll work together to arrange another date.
